*That love is through an inner personal birth through the presence of God's Spirit. The power for that birth to happen came at great cost to God: His Son's physical torturous death by Roman capital punishment, the Cross. But His Son overcame death for all our sakes too. He rose from being really dead to be forever alive. He promises eternal life to all who believe He's alive and share His second birth. Essentially, He's somehow multiplied His Presence through what He called the Holy Spirit and He has entered our being and is recreating us into creatures of love. All who share Him in that way share Him with each other. His presence in us brings us unity in goals and purpose: to help each other through the intentionally varied and interdependent new skills He's given us specifically for the purpose of caring for each other. One gift that we all have in common is being enabled to understand like never before His truth and teachings. It's like having a new set of ears and eyes that see and hear in a new dimension.
